Ready to Begin?
If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready to connect more deeply—with yourself or others—therapy can be a transformative step forward. I invite you to reach out and schedule a free consultation. This gives us a chance to connect, discuss your needs, and determine if we’re a good fit. Consultations are 15 minutes for individuals and 20 minutes for couples and families. During this time, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, answer any questions you may have about the process, and outline possible next steps. This conversation is a no-pressure opportunity for you to share your hopes, get a feel for my approach, and decide whether you’d like to move forward with ongoing sessions.

Marriage and Family Therapy focuses on relationships and the systems we live in—whether between partners, within a family, or in other important connections. While individual therapy often centers on personal growth and mental health, marriage and family therapy looks at how patterns, communication, and emotional bonds affect everyone involved. Even if only one person attends, the work is done with relationships in mind. text goes here

You can absolutely come to therapy alone. Many clients start individually to work on personal growth, understand their role in relationship patterns, or prepare for more effective conversations with loved ones. If and when you choose, we can invite your partner or family members into the process.

It depends on your goals, the challenges you’re facing, and how consistently we meet. Some clients notice changes after just a few sessions, especially when they actively practice what we discuss. Others benefit from longer-term work to address deeper patterns. In our first meetings, we’ll talk about your goals and set realistic expectations for your unique situation.
